Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it.

When you've set a password you might lose or forget it. Don't panic – you can reset it.

To reset a forgotten password select the Forgot password link on the Sign-in screen:

From there you will be asked to add your email and select Reset password:

You'll see an alert informing you that an email with a link has been sent to you:

Check your mail and select the Reset password link:

When you click on the link you'll be brought to the "Reset password" screen where you can reset your password. Add your new password and select Update password:

Now your password has been updated you can sign in:
