Question level feedback for students

When an exam is being marked there's an option to provide feedback in addition to a score for each response.

To enable a student to see the feedback go to the Edit Exam screen by selecting the Exam name from the list of Exams in a Course:

Select the Exam options tab and toggle the Question level feedback switch to on.
